EMBL 03.jpg

It was a great experience to host 60 top PhD students from around Australia at the 2-week EMBL Australia Program. Our team is pretty excited to gain such overwhelming positive response.

Quotes from participants-  "Eye-opening", "Innovative", "Exciting"

"The introduction to label-free imaging made a significant impression. I have little to basic understanding of microscopy and are not professionally skilled in the field of imaging, and the explanation in the idea behind label-free imaging was really clear. The session was well delivered."

"I hadn't thought about using scattered light in that way before. So that was cool to see. But my favourite aspect was the the 3D imaging."

ANU Impact funds for SIC

Congrats to Daniel and Tienan to commercialised SIC

The ANU Impact Fund (ANU IF), previously known as Discovery Translation Fund (DTF), is a newly established initiative that aims to facilitate the commercialisation of innovative technologies and ideas emerging from The Australian National University (ANU). The primary objective of ANU IF is to help bridge the critical funding gap that often exists between proof of concept research and the commercial development, societal impact or establishment of a new venture.
